Transactions made on the Internet Branch are instantly executed online while your postdated orders or regular payments are automatically executed if your account balance is sufficient at the date you defined.
As they are instantly executed, transactions made on the Internet Branch cannot be cancelled.
You can make EFT transactions until 05:00 pm each business day. EFT transactions cannot be made at weekends and on days when Central Bank of Turkey is closed.
EFT cannot be made from FX accounts. EFT transactions can only be made from TL accounts.

Authorities of any user may be changed any time on the Internet Branch.
You can change your Internet Branch authorities to monitoring only, and thus prevent financial transactions being made from your account.

It is the second security step used after the password when logging onto the Internet Branch. Checking the accuracy of own information on the password prompt screen, the user makes sure of having accessed Türkiye Finans and is thus prevented from logging onto redirected sites.

The Virtual Keyboard is an additional security service from Türkiye Finans which allows for the pass code input on the screen with the use of the mouse only and without using the keys of the computer keyboard. The virtual keyboard developed against virus programs (key loggers) which might be installed on your computer without your information and which record each key input when you press your keyboard protects you against your pass code being detected by this type of programs. You can make pass code entries using your computer keyboard or the keys on the virtual keyboard. For your own security please only use the virtual keyboard for your pass code entries.
When using the virtual keyboard, you can make pass code entries by clicking the mouse on the numbers on the virtual keyboard or keeping the mouse on numbers for three seconds. After each number input, places of the numbers on the virtual keyboard will change automatically. The key "sbt" must be used to keep number places fixed, and the key "sil" to delete an incorrectly entered character. And the key “Krş” is used to make the fixed keys places variable again.
On the screen “Güvenlik Ayarları / Zaman Ayarları (Security Settings / Time Settings)” on the Internet Branch, you can make any definition you require and render your Internet Branch access closed for times and days you do not use it. You can also make these operations by calling 444 2 444.
