You can start using Türkiye Finans Internet Branch immediately if you have an Internet Branch password and user code. Otherwise, you can promptly get your password and user code by applying any Türkiye Finans Branch.

For Personal customers;

• Notarized specimen signature declaration for the person representing the applying company or copy of the trade registry gazette showing his/her authority

You can use the Internet Branch 24 hours a day for 7 days a week.

Transactions made on the Internet Branch are instantly executed online while your postdated orders or regular payments are automatically executed if your account balance is sufficient at the date you defined.

As they are instantly executed, transactions made on the Internet Branch cannot be cancelled.

You can make EFT transactions until 05:00 pm each business day. EFT transactions cannot be made at weekends and on days when Central Bank of Turkey is closed.

EFT cannot be made from FX accounts. EFT transactions can only be made from TL accounts.

Transaction limit: It means the highest amount that any financial transaction made on the Internet Branch may have. The total amount of transactions made during any day may not exceed the daily limit.

Daily limit:: It means the total amount of transactions that may be made during any day.

You must apply to your branch and inform the situation in writing.

Yes, you may. At any of our branches you may define any person of your choice as additional user and you may grant to such person the authorities set by you, on the Internet Branch.

Internet Branch will charge TL 2 per EFT transaction and TL 1 per Remittance transactions.

Each of our personal customers may define 5 and corporate ones may define 10 additional users by applying their branch. You may also increase or decrease such figures at our branches.

Authorities of any user may be changed any time on the Internet Branch.

You can change your Internet Branch authorities to monitoring only, and thus prevent financial transactions being made from your account.

A security step used when logging onto the Internet Branch.

• A password may be formed of min. 6 and max. 12 characters.
• A password is alphanumeric and must be formed of letters and numbers.

You can get your new password by applying any of our branches.

It is the second security step used after the password when logging onto the Internet Branch. Checking the accuracy of own information on the password prompt screen, the user makes sure of having accessed Türkiye Finans and is thus prevented from logging onto redirected sites.

• A pass code may be formed of digits 6 in total.
• A pass code is numeric and contains no letters.

Three consecutive incorrect inputs for the pass code or for the custom question will result in access to Internet Branch being blocked. When the user code is blocked, the Internet Branch cannot be logged on to.

The Virtual Keyboard is an additional security service from Türkiye Finans which allows for the pass code input on the screen with the use of the mouse only and without using the keys of the computer keyboard. The virtual keyboard developed against virus programs (key loggers) which might be installed on your computer without your information and which record each key input when you press your keyboard protects you against your pass code being detected by this type of programs. You can make pass code entries using your computer keyboard or the keys on the virtual keyboard. For your own security please only use the virtual keyboard for your pass code entries.

When using the virtual keyboard, you can make pass code entries by clicking the mouse on the numbers on the virtual keyboard or keeping the mouse on numbers for three seconds. After each number input, places of the numbers on the virtual keyboard will change automatically. The key "sbt" must be used to keep number places fixed, and the key "sil" to delete an incorrectly entered character. And the key “Krş” is used to make the fixed keys places variable again.

On the screen “Güvenlik Ayarları / Zaman Ayarları (Security Settings / Time Settings)” on the Internet Branch, you can make any definition you require and render your Internet Branch access closed for times and days you do not use it. You can also make these operations by calling 444 2 444.

On the screen “Güvenlik Ayarları / ISP Kısıtlama (Security Settings / ISP Limitation)” on the Internet Branch, you can make any definition you require and prevent your Internet Branch logins from ISPs you will not log on from. You can also make these operations by calling 444 2 444.
