What is Necessary for Use?

You can access Türkiye Finans Internet Branch, clicking on the link Internet Branch Login at www.turkiyefinans.com.tr. You must have a pass code and user code before you may log into the Internet Branch. If you do not have, you can apply to our nearest branch and get your necessary pass code and user code in a sealed envelope.

Application

Documents necessary for application by personal customers:

• Copy of Identity Card
• Copy of Tax ID Card

Documents necessary for application by corporate customers:

• Notarized specimen signature declaration for the person representing the applying company or copy of the trade registry gazette showing his/her authority

First Login

• Click on the link Internet Branch Login at www.turkiyefinans.com.tr.
• Enter your customer number, pass code and user code on the first-opened screen.
• On the second-opened screen, set your new pass code, and your password to be asked you at each of your next logins, using the virtual keyboard.

Subsequent Logins

• Click on the link Internet Branch Login at www.turkiyefinans.com.tr.
• Enter your customer number, pass code and user code on the first-opened screen.
• On the second-opened screen, check your information and the date of your last login to the Internet Branch first and, if correct, enter your password using the virtual keyboard.
• Always check your recently-made transactions when logging onto the Internet Branch.
