How can I activate it?

You can apply for SMS Branch application by calling Customer Communications Center at 444 2 444.

Before you can make money transfers, you must activate your SMS Branch use by logging on to the Internet Branch or calling 444 2 444 Türkiye Finans Customer Services.

How to use?

Just enter the command for the transaction you wish to make in the short message area of your cell phone, and send to "2442". For your money transfers, you must check and approve, by your mobile signature pass code, the information message sent to your telephone.

Who may use this service?

All our customers being a Türkiye Finans Internet Branch customer may use this service. Before you can make money transfers, you must also be a Mobile Signature user.

What transactions can be made?
  • Money transfer between your accounts (Transfer)
  • Money transfer into other accounts with our Bank (Remittance)
  • Money transfer into other Banks’ accounts you defined on the Internet Branch (EFT)
  • Exchange rate, account balance, credit card account statement information inquiry.
I enter “Kart” and send to 2442, but get no credit card information?

You must enter "Kart", leave a space, and then enter the last 4 digit "Kart".

I enter “Hesap” and send to 2442, but get no account information?

You must enter "Hesap", leave a space, and then enter your account number.

What are the key words I can make inquiries with and how can I write the message?

Key words: HESAP, KART, KUR, BİLGİ, YARDIM, ? (ACCOUNT, CARD, EXCHANGE RATE, INFO, HELP, ?).

Sample messages;

  • For Account: HESAP 11111-1
  • For Card: KART 1111
  • For Exchange Rate: KUR
