SMS Branch is an application enabling you to make banking transactions, sending SMS from your cell phone. To use this service, you must be a customer of our Bank and own a cell phone run by an operator operating in Turkey. You must also have a mobile signature subscription to make money transfer transactions.
You can make your transactions using SMS messages created by special commands and sent to our cell phone number 2442. For commands and more information, please click on the following links.

- Space must be left between commands.
- Full stop or comma may be used for fractional amounts.
- Multiple words may be entered for the description.
- The keywords virman, vrm, VİRMAN, or VRM must be used for transfers.
- eft or EFT for EFT transactions, and
- havale, hvl, HAVALE or HVL for remittance transactions.
- If nothing is written after the amount in a money transfer to a pre-defined recipient, the description in the pre-defined recipient record is used.
- If "-A" is written after the amount, transaction is executed with the description part blank.
- Transaction type and pre-defined recipient are not case sensitive.
- If the pre-defined recipient’s name includes more than one word, as in the example Ahmet Ak, it must be written with + for each blank, e.g., Ahmek+Ak.
- If the sending account is not written at start of the command, the account suffixed -1 will be used for the sending account, as a standard.
Enter HESAP in the short message area of your cell phone, leave a space, enter your account number and send from any GSM operator to 2442. Information on the account you entered will instantly come in SMS to your cell phone.
