At our Bank, career plan leading to executive levels starts with the title of Assistant as the entry level position, and authorized personnel needs of our branches mainly at the Branch Current Operations Section and Commercial, SME, Mass and Retail Banking services as well as Headquarters departments such as Credit Operations, Financial Analysis and Intelligence, Internal Audit are met first from so-called positions due to our internal development principle.
Under the career plan, personnel holding a four-year formal Bachelor’s degree are subject to a waiting period of at least three years in the titles of Assistant, Clerk and Senior Clerk, and at least two years in the title of Assistant Supervisor. A person having joined us as an Assistant can carry on with his/her banking career promoting to the positions of Clerk, Senior Clerk, Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, and Manager, in that order, in case of a relevant vacancy, if he/she has a good performance.
