To raise future professionals, our Bank operates a planned internship process involving a School-Business cooperation to prepare interns for their future professions, reinforce their technical knowledge, and show them sectoral innovations hands-on.
Our Bank provides obligated high school students with internships in the period October to June, and obligated college and university students with internships in the period June to September.
The application process starts when the filled internship application form available from the Head Office and our Branches is delivered by hand or mailed to the Human Resources Department, together with required documents.
Evaluation of applications starts at least 15 days before start of the specified internship period and students whose applications are deemed qualified are invited to interview.
Working hours and general rules to be complied with by all our personnel are applicable to interns, too.
At our Bank a clothing scheme is in place with standards set forth in procedures and such standards are effective for interns, too. Accordingly, provided that the basic conditions of simplicity, cleanness and fitness for the job are complied with,
Head Office interns use the Head Office dininghall for lunches, and branch interns are provided with tickets.
