Besides meeting personnel requirements arising in course of time from internal and external sources within the framework of pre-determined standards for staffs, Türkiye Finans Human Resources carries out procedures such as career planning, performance evaluation, employee motivation, preparation and enforcement of education programs, personnel rights and accruals procedures, appointment and promotion management, and identification and enforcement of wage policies.

Türkiye Finans adopts a principle of meeting future executive requirements by raising them internally.
