Qualifications Required of Candidates
- Having graduated from the Economics, Business, Finance, Labor Economy and Industrial Relationships, Public Management, International Relationships, Econometrics or Banking/Finance departments of CASE, FPS, Business or Economy Faculties or from Computer Engineering, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electricity/Electronic Engineering, or Mathematic Engineering departments of Engineering Faculties of universities in Turkey, all offering a four-year formal Bachelor’s degree,
- Willing to work in the interest-free banking sector,
- Able to represent our Bank’s mission and vision,
- Powerful in human relationships, friendly, and able to communicate easily,
- Human-oriented, innovation-minded, and conscious of ongoing self-development,
- Apt to team work, with high awareness to responsibility,
- Good at working with MS Office programs,
- Completed military service - for male candidates,
- Young, dynamic, presentable, and believing in team work,
- Keeping up with changes and developments,
- Fit to be a candidate for future executive positions.
