Vacancy announcements of Türkiye Finans are published on Human Resources web pages, concurrently with Kariyer.Net. The candidate application process starts upon completing the online application for the relevant announcement. The applications received are examined according to the criteria, and the candidate evaluation process is started in case the candidate’s qualifications match the criteria on the announcement.
Online applications to our vacant position announcements are sufficient and candidate evaluations are made over Kariyer.Net. For this reason, applications made through mail, e-mail or fax as are not considered.
After the applications are examined by Human Resources, the potential newcomers of the sector out of candidates deemed eligible for a preliminary interview are given a test composed of general aptitude, English and professional knowledge questions. Successful candidates at the test and the experienced ones with the required qualifications and competencies compliant with the announcement criteria will be invited to a preliminary interview and then to an interview. After the interview stage, candidates believed to be beneficial to our Bank will start to work at our Bank if they accept the job offer made.
