Türkiye Finans, extended applications for rescheduling credit card debts under Law No. 5915 until Monday, October 5, 2009.
The effective term of Law No. 5915 which provided ease of rescheduling to those having overdue credit card debts expired on September 7, 2009: To enable more of its customers to benefit by the said law, Türkiye Finans has on its own initiative decided to extend the validity of the applicable law provisions until Monday, October 5, 2009.
As a result of such decision, any Türkiye Finans credit card customer, who received a notice via notary public or was subjected to legal proceedings on May 31, 2009 or before, may file an application with the bank until Monday, October 5, 2009 for rescheduling of their credit card debts.
