It has been recommended to the General Assembly to set aside first legal reserve in the amount of TL 11,294,206 after deducting taxes and dues payable in the amount of TL 71,748,708 from the current period profit of 2015 amounting to TL 332,825,060; from the remaining net profit for the period of 2015 in the amount of TL 261,076,352 pursuant to Article 519/1 of the New Turkish Commercial Code; and to allocate the remaining amount of TL 249,782,146 as the reserve for extraordinary reserves.
