Information Regarding Credit Rating Agency Rating Assignments and the Nature of Such Ratings

International credit rating agency Fitch Ratings revised the outlook for Turkey’s long-term rating from “Negative” to “Stable” on 8 September 2023. Subsequently, with the review announced on 22 September 2023, Türkiye Finans’ long-term positive currency rating of “B-” and local currency rating of “B” remained unchanged, while their outlook was revised from “Negative” to “Stable”. Fitch Ratings confirmed the Bank’s financial capacity rating as “b-”.

According to this review, Türkiye Finans maintained its position among the Turkish banks to receive the highest credit rating in 2023.
