Türkiye Finans Internet Branch and Mobile Branch
We updated our applications and added new features to Türkiye Finans Internet Branch and Mobile Banking to enable citizens with disabilities or older than seventy years to comfortably perform their banking transactions comfortably.
- Beginning January 1, 2018, both hearing-impaired and over 70-year-old customers will be able to chat with our Customer Contact Center under Live Support via Internet Branch and Mobile Branch and receive 24/7 online support.
- Our Internet and Mobile Branch and Mobile Banking are updated to meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards, offering a perceivable, easy-to-use and clear structure to facilitate comfortable use for customers with disabilities.
- Sms Pin, required for secure login to Internet Branch and Mobile Banking are now sent in a format that is readable by screen reader software.
Customer Contact Center
In addition to Live Support by Customer Contact Center, we have now enabled citizens with disabilities or older than seventy years to receive banking services through video calls with Customer
Contact Center.
- As of January 1, 2018, all customers with hearing impairment who visit our branches will be able to make a video call with Customer
Contact Center, and use sign language to report loss-theft or receive services for card and account transactions.
ATM
Our efforts are ongoing to facilitate procedures ensuring that any citizen with disability, whether a Türkiye Finans customer or not, will be able to comfortably perform transactions at Türkiye Finans ATMs.
Following completion of our efforts, any citizen with disability or older than seventy years will be able to comfortably perform the following transactions using Türkiye Finans ATMs.
- Balance inquiry
- Cash withdraw
- Cash deposit
- Credit card debt inquiry
- Credit card debt payment
Whether a Türkiye Finans customer or not, any citizen with visual impairment will be able to use voice instructions to perform basic transactions at our ATMs, which are specifically positioned to offer ease of use for citizens with visual impairment.
Whether a Türkiye Finans customer or not, any citizen with orthopedic impairment will be able to receive service at our ATMs, which are specifically designed and positioned to offer ease of use for citizens with orthopedic impairment.
As of January 1, 2018, customers with orthopedic or visual impairment will be able to perform transactions using ATMs available at selected locations.
