Türkiye Finans Internet Branch and Mobile Branch
We updated our applications and added new features to Türkiye Finans Internet Branch and Mobile Banking to enable citizens with disabilities or older than seventy years to comfortably perform their banking transactions comfortably.
- Customers with hearing impairment or older than seventy years will now be able to chat and receive 24/7 online support from Customer Contact Center via Live Support available on Internet Branch and Mobile Banking.
- Our Internet and Mobile Branch and Mobile Banking are updated to meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards, offering a perceivable, easy-to-use and clear structure to facilitate comfortable use for customers with disabilities.
- Sms Pin, required for secure login to Internet Branch and Mobile Banking are now sent in a format that is readable by screen reader software.
