How to Perform Stock Trading at Türkiye Finans?

​​​​​​Buying Stocks​

• To perform your Stock transactions through Türkiye Finans, you should first have an investment account at Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.
• To issue stock buy order, you should first transfer funds from your Türkiye Finans current account to your Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. investment account. You can transfer funds by following Türkiye Finans Internet Branch > Investment Transactions > Fund Transfer steps.
• At the upper section of Stock buy screen, balance details for your stock buy transaction are shown. This balance will decrease upon your actualized and/or pending buy transactions during the day and decrease upon your actualized sell orders.
• If you set a limit order for buy transaction (define buying price to the system), your transaction will be performed over the price you enter.
• If the stock-buying price is higher than the price you set, your order will be cancelled at session-end, depending on session validity time of your order.
• If you issue active order (not set price for stock buying), your order will be performed at the then-active price of the stock at the time of your order received by the stock exchange.
• Session line has two options: "1st Session" and "Daily". If you want your order to be valid during the second session as well, the checkbox "Daily" must be checked. If you check the checkbox "1st Session", your order will be deleted from the system at the end of the 1st session.
• On stock buy screen, the latest BIST trading price of the stock appears next to the stock code. This price is shown only as a reference in your transactions.
• There is no guarantee that your market priced transaction will be performed at the price shown on the screen, due to rapid price movements and in light of the fact that the price shown could be either buying or selling price.
• If you want to immediately buy the stock at the then-current market price, the option "active" available on the price section must be checked.
• For your price-limited stock buy orders, you should transfer to your investment account the amount calculated as a sum of the order improvement amount and the applicable commission fee and the bank and insurance transactions tax (BITT).
• If your investment account balance is not sufficient, you may not improve your buy orders. First, you should increase your investment account balance accordingly.
• When you submit your order through our Internet Branch, you should receive the message "Your order is registered to the system with the reference No. ……… dated ……….", meaning that the order has been delivered to the Stock Exchange. If you cannot receive this message, please look at your order-tracking page to check your order.
• Final transaction confirmations are provided at 13:30 for 1st session and 17:30 for 2nd session.
• Confirmations provided within the session are not final results. You are responsible for tracking the results of your trading orders, and for the status of orders, the notification provided online will prevail.
• In case of failure to submit orders online due to a technical issue with our Internet Branch, Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler will show every effort to receive the order by phone. Oyak Yatırım ​Menkul Değerler A.Ş. will not be responsible for any delay arising from such an event.

​Selling Stocks

• You may not issue stock selling order to sell stocks which are in excess of your stocks portfolio.
• On stock sell screen, you can view and order sales of your stocks in lots.
• ​You can immediately order sales of any stock for which you issue buy order during the day and which you receive following completion of your transaction.
