Legal taxes are included in the total commission amount in the housing financing payment table prepared as an example based on TRY 100.000. The profit rates stated in the cost table calculation are applied on the condition that Reserve Account, TCIP, Financing Personal Accident Insurance, Housing Insurance, Automatic Bill Payment Order products are all purchased together with the financing application. The maximum maturity of the financing is 120 months, and the allocation fee is 5 per thousand of the financing amount excluding taxes. Profit rate, allocation fee, appraisal fee and mortgage establishment fee are included in the annual cost. Fees to be charged: TRY 500 allocation fee, TRY 188.80 mortgage establishment fee, TRY 1.092 Appraisal fee. The appraisal fee is calculated based on minimum costs, and it may vary depending on the amount of fees paid to the Official Institutions, the size of the real estate, and its current condition and location. In case the amount paid to the appraisal firm increases depending on the location of the real estate, the appraisal fee to be collected from the customer will also increase. An amount up to 1.5 times the appraisal cost will be blocked in your account. Once the transaction is completed, the actual cost incurred will be charged and the remaining blocked amount in your account will be released. Housing insurance and TCIP premium fees vary according to location and m2, Financing assurance insurance varies according to several criteria such as the customer's gender, age, etc.; and these are not included in the annual cost calculations. The Bank is entitled to freely evaluate the financing applications, to request guarantors and other guarantees and additional documents thereof, to reject the applications that it does not deem appropriate, and to make changes in the pricing.
