How can I effect transactions?

Stock purchase

If you wish to issue a buying order, first you must transfer money from your current account with our Bank to into your investment account with Bizim Menkul Değerler. The "money transfer" link below the stock purchase-sale transactions module must be used for such transfer. Lies on the upper part of the stock buying screen is the balance information available to you for stock purchases. With each of your purchase transactions executed during the day and/or waiting, this balance will decrease, but increase as your selling orders are executed. If you specify a limited price for purchase (if you specify to the system a price at which you are willing to buy), your transaction will be executed at the price you enter. If the stock purchase price does not come to the price specified by you, your order will be cancelled at end of the session, depending its session effectiveness period. If you issue an active order (you specify no price for purchase of the stock), your order will be executed at the stock’s active price effective when your order is received by the stock exchange.

The session line has two areas: Session 1 and Daily. If you wish the order to remain effective in Session 2, the box Daily must be checked. If you check the box Session 1, your order will be deleted in the system after Session 1.

The stock buying screen displays, next to the stock code, the stock’s last transaction price at the ISE. This price is displayed to constitute a reference for your transactions. Due to fast price movements and as the price displayed on the screen could be for purchase or sale, there is no guarantee for your market-price transactions to be executed at the price you see on the screen. If you wish to purchase the stock at the price arising in the market and at which you can purchase it right now, the option "active" must be checked in the section "price".

In your limited stock buying orders, you must calculate the amount you wish to use for order improvement and transfer such amount, including the commission and BSMV thereon, into your investment account. If your investment account balance is insufficient, you may not make order improvement in your buying orders. You must first render your investment account sufficient.

When you are sending your order on our Internet branch, your order is deemed received by the stock exchange at the time you get the message "your order has been recorded under Reference No ….dated ….. into the system.". If you don’t get this message, check the order monitoring page for your order to be sure. Firm transaction confirmations are given by 13:30 for Session 1 and by 17:30 for Session 2. Confirmations given during the session are not firm results.
