Subject to BRSA’s "Communiqué No.26643 dated 14.09.2007 regarding the Guidelines to Govern the Management of Information Systems at Banks", the use of single-use passwords at logins to Internet Branches has been made compulsory as from 01/01/2010. Under this legal application, at logins to Internet Branches and Mobile Branches, it is compulsory to use any of the “Single-use Password Applications”, offered by our bank, in addition to the “Customer No”, “Password” and “User Code” information in place of the “Passcode” information.

We created a special one-time password into our Internet Banking application may apply the Security Settings menu, input from the Security menu, you can easily identify your input method.

SMS Şifre (Mobil SMS Password) is an advanced level security system generating time-limited and single-use passwords developed to ensure security of customer information at Internet Banking.

What is Mobile SMS Şifre?

  • Mobile SMS Pass Code is an advanced security system developed to ensure security of customer information in Internet Banking, and generating timed and single-use pass codes.
  • SMS Pass Code is a security application developed in addition to the existing security infrastructure and enabling you to use Internet banking at the highest security level by a single-use pass code sent to your cell phone. The six-digit Mobile SMS Pass Code sent via SMS to your cell phone is single-use and timed. It cannot be used again by you or others.
  • SMS Pass Code service is offered to all our Internet Branch customers free of charge.

  How to use?

  • When you enter the SMS Pass Code section under my Internet Branch security settings and check option the “I want to use SMS Pass Code”, the application will be activated.
  • You can use you it for Internet and Branch logins and make definitions to use it for transaction authorizations on the SMS Pass Code menu, as well.
  • SMS Pass Code can be used free of charge by all our customers having registered their cell phone with our Bank’s system.

Mobile Confirmation (Mobile Confirmation) is a security application that enables quick login to Türkiye Finans Internet Branch, Mobile Branch and TFXTARGET platforms simply with your password, without the need to enter an SMS PIN.

How Do I Login by Using Mobile Confirmation?

For Mobile Branch:

Once you update the Türkiye Finans Mobile app on your mobile phone or tablet, your Mobile Confirmation login method will be activated for Mobile Branch. You can login to Mobile Branch by simply using your password, without the need to enter a One Time Password.

For Internet Branch and TFXTARGET:

You can securely login to Türkiye Finans Internet Branch and TFXTARGET simply by confirming the mobile notification you will receive on your registered mobile device, after entering your customer number and password.

How does Mobile Confirmation work?

Mobile Confirmation facilitates quick login into the Internet Branch and Mobile Branch from your defined device simply by using your password, without waiting for an SMS PIN.

You can login to Mobile Branch with only your password. For your Internet Branch login you can use the quick login feature by confirming the notification you will receive on your registered device after entering your customer number and password.

How to use Mobile Confirmation?

To use Mobile Confirmation, simply log in to Türkiye Finans Mobile Branch with your mobile device. The device you use for your login will be registered on our system and activated for Mobile Confirmation.

I am using Mobile Signature or Key Password for my Internet and Mobile Branch logins. How can I use Mobile Confirmation?

Simply log in to Türkiye Finans Mobile App, once you set your login security settings as SMS PIN from your Internet Branch security settings.

I was blocked when logging in with Mobile Confirmation. How can I log in again?

In the event that you get blocked when logging in with Mobile Confirmation, please call our Customer Communication Center at 0850 222 22 44 to unblock your login.

Mobile Confirmation notification is not received by my device. What should I do?

Please check the Internet access on your registered device and then make sure that your device's Türkiye Finans Mobile Branch notifications are enabled in your device's notification settings.

I've uninstalled the Mobile Branch app from my device and then reinstalled it. Will I be able to use Mobile Confirmation again?

Your device will be reregistered when you first log in to the Türkiye Finans Mobile Branch app.

Can I use Mobile Confirmation for my different users defined in your bank?

You can use Mobile Confirmation for different customer numbers once you log in with the "Change User" link from your registered device.

Which banking channels can I log in to with Mobile Confirmation?

Mobile Confirmation can be used for Türkiye Finans Internet Branch, Mobile Branch and TFXTARGET platform logins.

On which devices can I use the Mobile Confirmation app?

Mobile Confirmation can be used on mobile phones and tablets with iOS and Android operating systems.

How can I log in from a device that is not registered to Türkiye Finans Mobile Branch?

If the device to be used in login belongs to a different customer and registered, you can log in through the "Change User" link, if it is not registered you can log in directly.

Mobile Signature is a service that, by confirming your identity in electronic medium, enables you to make transactions equivalent of those made with a wet signature. Mobile Signature is an application through which an Electronic Signature, which is set out in Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and which creates the same consequences as a wet signature, can be affixed using a GSM SIM card.

Avea Mobile Signature

What is Mobile Signature?

  • Avea Mobile Signature Service is a service enabling you to accomplish the electronic signature processes, set out in Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, by only a cell phone and a special SIM card.
  • By confirming your identity to the Service, you can make transactions equivalent before the Law to those made with a wet signature.
  • How to Subscribe?
  • To subscribe to the Mobile Signature service, you need to make your application at the pre-application step of the Internet Branch, first.
  • Afterwards you will be called by an Avea Customer Services officer and, if no problem arises in the confirmation process, forwarded to the nearest Avea Service Center.
  • After declaring your identity documents and signing service agreements at the Avea Service Center, your SIM card change will be made and you will be delivered with a 128K SIM card you can use with the service.
  • Then you will be called by an Avea Customer Services officer and, if no problem arises in the confirmation process, your service activation operations will be carried out.
  • ​How to use?
  • After entering your customer number and password on our Internet Branch, your signing request on the following pass code screen will be sent to your SIM card. When you check and approve the incoming message and transaction fingerprint, you may complete your log into our Internet Branch.

Turkcell Mobile Signature

What is Mobile Signature?

  • Mobile Signature is a service that, by confirming your identity in electronic medium, enables you to make transactions equivalent of those made with a wet signature. Mobile Signature is an application through which an Electronic Signature, which is set out in Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and which creates the same consequences as a wet signature, can be affixed using a GSM SIM card.
  • Owing to the Mobile Signature application, when you wish to log into the Internet Branch, a message will be sent to the screen of the cell phone where you previously defined to the system the number is used. This message involving no security issue due to not being sent in the form of SMS requires your approval for login to the Internet Branch. The Internet Branch Login may be logged on to if you give your approval to the incoming message.
  • Access to your account is prevented unless you give your approval through your telephone in the Mobile Signature.
  • How can I apply?
  • Mobile Signature subscription involves three stages:

Pre-application

  • First pre-application must be made on the Internet Branch. Following the confirmation that the pre-application step has been completed successfully, you can proceed to the application step. Pre-applications are effective for 30 days.

Application

  • After the pre-application, you must apply to any TurkcellExtra with your identity document (driving license, identity card, lawyer’s identity card, or passport) and sign the Mobile Signature Certificate Holder Agreement. The line holder must make a SIM card replacement for the line where Mobile Signature will be used. The GSM number will not be changed by this replacement.
  • A few days after your visit to TurkcellExtra, Turkcell Customer Services will call you and your identity will be confirmed. Following this operation, the Startup Code you will use in creating your Mobile Signature pass code will be sent to you on the telephone and your Mobile Signature subscription will be activated.

Activation

  • When your Mobile Signature is activated on your SIM card, the Mobile Signature menu will appear on the screen of your telephone and you will be required to enter the Startup Code informed to you by Turkcell Customer Services on the telephone. Then enter such Startup Code, and set and approve the pass code you wish to use for the Mobile Signature.
  • Your electronic certificate will be issued and informed via SMS to you by the Electronic Certificate Service provider when your mobile signature is ready for use.
  • Your Mobile Signature will be activated latest within one week, depending on your geographical position.
Anadolu Hisarı

Anadolu Hisarı, Maximum Security

You can maximize your security while on the Internet Branch, by downloading the program “Anadolu Hisarı” seen on the Internet Branch login screen onto your computer.

What is Anadolu Hisarı?

  • Anadolu Hisarı helps you log more securely on to Türkiye Finans Internet Branch. Anadolu Hisarı prevents the operation of key-logger, screen-logger and trojan type of programs, which might be installed on your computer without your information and which record each key input when you press your keyboard or the display of each Internet page you navigate through, and thus the copying by such programs of your information such as pass code, password and user code.
  • Anadolu Hisarı, a free security software product offered for you to increase your security in your Internet Branch transactions, creates no unfavorable effect about your computer.
  • How can I install Anadolu Hisarı on my computer?
  • The screen will be displayed when Anadolu Hisarı is being installed on your computer.
  • You will need to press the key “Install” on this screen prompting you to approve Anadolu Hisarı to be installed on your computer and run. If you press the key "Don't Install", installation of Anadolu Hisarı will be cancelled.
  • Before pressing the key “Install”, you can get upgrades of Anadolu Hisarı to be automatically installed on your computer by checking the option Always install software from "Türkiye FINANS KURUMU A.S." on the screen (picture below) you can open pressing the key "More options".

How can I track versions of Anadolu Hisarı?

  • Whether or not Anadolu Hisarı is installed on your computer and, if installed, the installed version will be shown to you on the Internet Branch login screen. Seeing the Anadolu Hisarı logo on this screen means you have the last version of Anadolu Hisarı. If you see the warning “Please upgrade Anadolu Hisarı”, you can realize you have an older version of Anadolu Hisarı on your computer. In this case you can install current the version of Anadolu Hisarı by pressing the key “Install” on the same screen.
  • How can I delete Anadolu Hisarı from my computer?
  • Please close all Internet Explorer windows open on your computer. Right click the Internet Explorer icon on Desktop and select the step (Properties) on the menu opened.
  • Press the button Settings on the section General in the window opened.
  • When you press the button View Objects in the window opened, a new window will be opened.
  • Select the file named "AnadoluHisari" in this window and press the key Delete on your keyboard. Any Internet Explorer window open on your computer during delete operation may cause you to get an error message informing that the file you tried to delete is used by Windows and cannot be deleted. Upon receipt of such an error message, first close all open Internet Explorer windows and then try the delete operation again.
  • If you do the above actions, but cannot find you the file named "AnadoluHisari" you wish to delete (in Downloaded Program Files folder) on your computer.
  • Press the button Run on the menu Start.
  • The DOS command window will be opened on your screen when you type "cmd" and press the button Enter on the opened screen.
  • Type the command below and press the button Enter on the new screen opened.
The Application “Custom Question”

If you activate “Custom Question”, your security will be increased further by custom questions you are asked in addition to the pass code and the password when logging onto the Internet Branch. We definitely recommend you to use this application for your own security.

Access Security

Defining the computer/computers where you will use the Internet Branch, you can prevent logins from a different computer to your Internet Branch and thus ensure high security. For Computer Definition to be usable, Anadolu Hisarı must have been installed on the computers to be chosen.

What is Computer Definition?

  • Computer Definition is a product developed to maximize the security of Internet Branch customers. With Computer Definition, logins to the Internet Branch are getting under control of users and logins to the Internet Branch from any computer, except user-defined ones are prevented.

How does the Computer Definition application work?

  • For Computer Definition to be active, it is sufficient that the customer selects the computer or computers where Internet Branch will be used. The system will permit logins from the chosen computers to the Internet Branch, but prevent those from the other computers. Even if the information of users such as pass code and password are seized, it may not be used by others, as logins to the Internet Branch may only be made on pre-determined computers.

How can I accomplish Computer Definition?

  • You can do this by selecting the computer or computers of your choice at the step “Güvenlik Ayarları / Bilgisayar Tanımlama (Security Settings / Computer Definition)” on the Internet Branch.

What do I need for Computer Definition?

  • For Computer Definition to be usable, Anadolu Hisarı must have been installed on the computers to be chosen.​
