Murat ÇETİNKAYA graduated from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Boğaziçi University and, as part of a double major program, from the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences of the same university. He completed his doctoral studies at the Institute of Social Sciences of Boğaziçi University. He also attended executive education programs at institutions including Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Mr. Çetinkaya began his career in 1998 at Albaraka Türk Participation Bank. In 2003, he joined Türkiye Halk Bankası, where he served as Executive Vice President responsible for International Banking and Investor Relations. From 2008 onwards, he continued his career at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank as Executive Vice President responsible for International Banking, Treasury, and Investment Banking. In 2012, he was appointed Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, and in 2016, he was appointed Governor of the Bank. During this period, he served on prominent national and international platforms, representing Türkiye and undertaking significant roles and responsibilities. With more than 28 years of experience in banking and finance, Mr. Çetinkaya was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası on 20 May 2026 and assumed the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee on 21 May 2026.

Mr. Saad Ali ALABDALI earned his bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Bahrain and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Wharton Business School, and Stanford Graduate School of Business. Saad began his career in 1991 at Al Rajhi Bank, where he advanced from Sales Representative in Consumer Finance to Branch Manager and Area Manager, ultimately leading the largest branch network in the region, comprising over 5,500 employees. In 2012, he joined The National Commercial Bank (NCB) as Executive Vice President and Head of Branch Banking, and also served as a Member of the Purchasing Committee. In 2016, he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH). Later, he transitioned to senior roles in Consumer Finance and Special Accounts. In 2021, Saad became the Head of Group Administration during the merger that formed the Saudi National Bank, followed by positions as Executive Vice President, Head of Retail Products, and Head of Retail Credit Risk, where he was a Member of the Credit Risk and Remedial Committee. Mr. Alabdali has been serving as Group Chief Operations Officer at SNB since 2026. With 34 years of experience in banking, Mr. Alabdali has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Türkiye Finans since 12 May 2025, Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee Member since 21 May 2025 and Audit Committee Member since 10 September 2026.
