  • The applications received will be evaluated based on the criteria as required by the vacant position and its level.
  • If the applicant’s qualifications match the criteria described in the job posting, the applicant assessment process will be initiated.

Applicant Assessment Process Stages

  • New-graduate applicants will take a written examination measuring their general aptitude and command of foreign language.
  • The applicants having passed the exam are invited for interview. After successful completion of the interview stage, the applicant will receive a job offer.
  • Experienced applicants are expected to have the required qualifications and competencies of the vacant position.
