It consists of our notice of termination with the following matters.
DESCRIPTIONS
- Dear Customer, A or B group authorized institution operating license could not be obtained for the accounts you use as our bank's foreign exchange office account.
- If you have an A or B group authorized institution operating license of the relevant foreign exchange office that has an account in our bank, you must go to your branch within 5 (five) business days and submit your authorization document. Otherwise, at the end of this period, the Agreement will be terminated immediately for just cause, pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Banking Transactions Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") that you have signed with our bank.
- We hereby strongly warn and inform you that if you do not submit an authorized institution authorization document in accordance with the relevant legislation within 5 business days following the notification of this notice to you, your contract will be terminated, your transactions with our Bank will be suspended as of this date and the banking services will be terminated.
- If you have money in your account and there is no situation that prevents the savings of the money in the account, you must withdraw the money in the account within 5 (five) business days following the receipt of this notice, otherwise you will be in default of the creditor, therefore, we will apply to the court for the determination of the place of deposit and your account balance will be deposited to the designated place of deposit, and all kinds of taxes, duties, fees arising from the said transactions will be reflected on you.
- If you own a safe deposit box; We hereby inform you that you must empty the safe within 5 (five) business days following the receipt of this notice, otherwise the safe can be opened and emptied in the presence of a notary public at your own expense without any further notice, and in this context, only the report kept by the notary public will be considered essential.
- If you are provided with bank card, check etc. products by our bank, We hereby warn you that these should be returned to our Bank within five (5) business days following the date of notification to you.
