AÇIKLAMALAR
1. Sayın Müşterimiz, bankamız ile imzalamış olduğunuz Bankacılık İşlemleri Sözleşmesi’ni (“Sözleşme” olarak anılacaktır) Sözleşme’nin ilgili hükümlerine istinaden feshettiğimizi, işbu ihtarnamenin tarafınıza tebliğ tarihini takip eden ikinci (2.) ayın sonunda Sözleşmenin sona ermiş olacağını, söz konusu tarih itibariyle Banka’mız nezdindeki işlemlerinizin derhal durdurulacağını ve Bankamızın tüm hak ve sorumluluklarının sona ereceğini ihtaren bildiririz.
2. Kiralık kasa sahibi olmanız halinde, işbu ihtarnamenin tarafınıza ulaşmasını müteakip iki (2) ay içinde kiralık kasayı boşaltmanız gerektiğini, aksi halde başkaca bir ihbarda bulunmaksızın masrafları tarafınıza ait olmak üzere noter huzurunda kasanın açılabileceğini ve boşaltılabileceğini, bu kapsamda yalnızca noter tarafından tutulan tutanağın esas sayılacağını bildiririz.
3. Sayın Müşterimiz, Bankamızca tarafınıza teslim edilen banka kartı, çek vb. ürünlerin işbu ihtarnamenin tarafınıza tebliğ tarihini takip eden iki (2) ay içinde Bankamıza iade edilmesini, bulunması halinde Bankamız nezdindeki hesap bakiyelerini aynı süre içerisinde çekmenizi ihtaren bildiririz. Aksi takdirde, hesap bakiyesi masrafları tarafınıza ait olmak üzere, ilgili mahkemeden tevdi mahalli tayini istenecek ve hesap bakiyeniz tayin edilen tevdi mahalline yatırılacaktır.

LETTER OF WARNING
1. Our Dear Customer, we hereby notify in the form of warning that, we have terminated the Banking Transactions Contract (to be referred as "the Contract" hereinafter) in compliance with the respective provisions of the Contract, the Contract is to become terminated at the end of the second (2.) month following the month in which we communicate this letter of warning to you, that your transactions before our Bank shall promptly be ceased as of the said date, and that all the rights and responsibilities of our Bank shall be finalized thereupon.
2. We further notify you that, if you are a safe-deposit box holder, you have to empty your safe-deposit box within the period of two (2) months as from your receipt of this letter of warning, otherwise your safe-deposit box may be opened and emptied before a notary public without further notice, and with all the expenses to arise from this procedure to be under your liability, and that only the minutes to be drawn up by the notary public on this occasion shall be taken as basis in this respect.
3. Our Dear Customer, we further notify you in the form of warning that, you have to return the bank card, checkbook, etc. having been delivered by our Bank back to our Bank within the period of two (2) months as from your receipt of this letter of warning, and to withdraw any account balance of yours before our Bank, if any, within the same period. Otherwise, the relevant court shall be asked to determine a point of deposit, and your account balance is to be deposited to such determined place of deposit, with all account balance expenditures to arise to be under your liability.
